The chief engineer in our Dongguan factory joined our team 15 years ago as a lure`s action-adjusting engineer, but now, he operates our whole south factory, and now he is a master of lure`s designing, mold developing, tooling, production arrangment and commands many other expertise about lure development and production. Under his leading, our Gongguan lure factory have exceeded over 300,000pcs of hard baits production monthly.
